Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required 2 Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool 3 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer 4 Manage the incidents, infra structure changes

Technical Experience : Good Knowledge on DataStage ETL Administration, ESB Tools, IBM WebSphere MQ Message Broker Administration, Mlink,SnapLogic, Talend ETL, Vista Plus – Appliance

Professional Attributes : -Good communication skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently

Additional Information : -Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts
