Project Role :Data Platform Engineer
Project Role Description :Assists with the data platform blueprint and design, encompassing the relevant data platform components. Collaborates with the Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.

Key Responsibilities : Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer Manage the incidents, infra structure changes Required for easy transition into role and join on-call group which is high priority Work as a support lead and follow ITIL processes Works with the teams on upcoming features to identify risks and dependencies

Technical Experience : Good knowledge in the IBM DB2 Database Administration, MySQL Database Administration, Microsoft Azure Databases Infrastructure, MongoDB Administration, PostgreSQL Administration,Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration etc

Professional Attributes : -Good communiction skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently
