Project Role :Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities : Ensure availability and performance of databases that support system 2 Monitor database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime 3 Troubleshooting and problem solving of SQL queries 4 Database Cloning 5 Database upgrade,Backup Restore,11i Installation,OEM configuration, Maintaining Listener 6 Estimate PostgreSQL database capacities; develop methods for monitoring database capacity and usage

Technical Experience : Knowledge of SQL capacities and monitoring database capacity and usage 2 Knowledge of replication/point in time recovery/connection pooling for SQL 3 Development of Stored Procedures and Database Triggers and application development and work for database architecture and design
