Project Role :Application Support Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities : Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer Manage the incidents, infra structure changes Required for easy transition into role and join on-call group which is high priority Work as a support lead and follow ITIL processes Works with the teams on upcoming features to identify risks and dependencies

Technical Experience : Deep technical knowledge in VMware virtualization version 5x or 6x Troubleshooting skills analytical skills in VMware virtualization Hands on experience in Cisco UCS Working experience in Microsoft Windows Clear understanding of Incident management Escalation management Possess proven written and verbal communication skills Provide hands on technical leadership and support to Surveillance Cell staff where appropriately skilled Hands on experience in patching Server hardening
