Key Responsibilities : Incident management, SR, Change and Problem management Handling of tickets Incidents and SRs Maintaining SLAs of tickets Handling issues related to Windows, Azure, Vmware, Printers, GPOs etc Handling tasks related to Server administration in Windows, VMware, Cloud etc Handling GPO related requests for Servers Good understanding of AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, File and Folders, Printers, Networking etc Good hands-on Microsoft Azure Cloud components and architecture Work on storages Blob, Disks

Technical Experience : Windows Server 208, 2012, 2016, 2019 File Folder permissions issues Good hands-on Microsoft Azure Cloud components and architecture Good understanding of AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, File and Folders, Printers, Networking etc Administrate the Azure Cloud environment In place upgrade of Servers Server patching via SCCM and manual Address vulnerabilities on Servers and basic understanding of ATP Advanced Threat Protection from Windows standpoint Solarwinds monitoring and VRO monitoring

Professional Attributes : Available for 247 rotational shift Ability to work on multivendor portal and service management tools Strong verbal and written communication including negotiation skills Ability to handle pressure and willing to work as multitasker
