Key Responsibilities : 1 Working on Windows and VMware operations 2 Managing multiple versions of Windows platform 3 Reporting and query tools and practices 4 Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills 5 Technical documentation skills 6Troubleshooting live network issues on both overlay and underlay

Technical Experience : 1 Knowledge in Windows 2008/2012/2016 server installations/upgrades/configuration/licensing and Troubleshooting 2 Knowledge on ESXI/vCenter 65 and 67 3 knowledge on AWS, VDI, Horizon View, Site Recovery Manager 4 Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, File server, Print server, DFS,Azure IAAS and AWSExpertise in L2/L3/L4 OSI layer technologies and protocols EG: Spanning tree, VLANs and trunking, port channels and link trunking,OSPF,VRRP, HSRP, BGP, IGRP 3 Knowledge on CISCO Routing and Switching operatio
