Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Key Responsibilities : Requirement is for SM LLD role preferably HEC experience required 1 Provide L3 support in HANA Enterprise Cloud services 2 Should have Windows Server Patching knowledge 3 Expert in Terminal Server / RDS, IIS administration 4 Basic knowledge on Storage, Networking, Firewall

Technical Experience : 1 Experience in Installation, Configuration and Administration tasks in Windows Servers 2 Good understanding of standard networking protocols and components such as HTTP, TCP/IP, the OSI Model, Networking, and Load Balancing 3 Knowledge in Active directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, VMware/Citrix and related components 4 Experience in handling DFS, Windows Performance Tuning, Active Directory and Group Policy 5 Knowledge of Server Roles, Print, Web Services and Remote Access

Educational Qualification : 1 Minimum 15 years of full time education
