Must Have Skills :Good To Have Skills :Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities : 1 Performs daily Storage operation activities on Netapp ONTAP 9 MetroCluster, 2 Netapp 7-Mode and IBM V3700 storage provisioning based on standard procedures detailed in the Operational RunBook, and meets Customer agreed-upon standards, LUN, Volume, Aggregate, RAID management MetroCluster administration and management 3 Managing and configuring storage protocols like CIFS, NFS, FC, iSCSI SAN management on Brocade switch Managing Snapshot/Quotas and deduplication Hands-on experience of Snapmirror
Technical Experience : a 5-7 years of relevant experience Service now ticketing tool knowledge b in addition Netapp Cluster mode 7-Mode, SAN and NAS storage administration
Professional Attributes : a Good communication skills
Educational Qualification : Graduation in technical stream
Additional Information : a Ontap upgrade OnCommand Unified Manager, AutoSupport and vendor management, Service now ticketing
