Key Responsibilities : aExperience in deploying AppOmni and point to DTV360 salesforce bPlan, design, and implement solutions involving SalesForce Instance cManage design, deployments and configurations and provide consultation on same as per industry best practices dMaintain Architecture documents, Runbooks, Solutions, configuration plan eSupport change management, incident management, Governance and Lifecycle

Technical Experience : aVery good knowledge of Saas Monitoring Tool bExperience in deploying AppOmni and point to DTV360 salesforce cVery good knowledge of how various components work together to provide protection to a security perimeter and critical resources dMaintenance, backup, restore, Audit log, configurations for syslog logging, troubleshooting and reports management Good understating of below technologies Internet and Networking technologies DNS, TCP Operating systems and user administration UNIX or Linux
