Key Responsibilities : 1 Gather and study business requirements related to HCM processes and provide solutions within SAP PA/OM 2 Perform analysis and design SAP HCM for Enhancements and Standard requests 3 Liaise directly with business areas to diagnose problems with existing SAP HCM programs or new SAP applications independently 4 Having knowledge on iDOC and Interfaces and able to support Technical team with required functional analsis

Technical Experience : SAP HCM PA OM experience for at least 2-3 yrs

Educational Qualification : Full Time education
