Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1 Strong SAP HR/PY applications experience with specific knowledge of: a- Enterprise/Personnel Structure b- Payroll Configuration c- Time Management d- Configuration e- Rules and schemas
Technical Experience : f- Understanding of Authorizations i- International Leave j- Postings to finance 2 Excellent understanding of Payroll Processing Methodology 3 L2 and L3 issues resolution within Service Level Agreement timeframes – specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation
Professional Attributes: 1 Good communication and client handling skills 2 Good Co-ordination and organizing skills with client business process owners/leads and with the team/cross team members 3 Ability to handle and manage the escalations 4 responsive attitude and Timely crisp status reporting
