Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1 An extensive knowledge on Linux server operating system Preferably Redhat, SUSE, and other automation tools 2 4 to 5 years of hands on experience in implementing Linux on Virtual Machines 3 Good analytical and minimum L2 troubleshooting skill with resolution of production incidents within defined SLAs

Technical Experience : A 7 Years in Linux Installation, Configuration and administrationy B Deep Understanding of LINUX concepts C Knowledge and expertise of Pacemaker Clusters D Demonstrated Experience in handling day-to-day UNIX-LINUX operating system installation, migration and break-fix support E Experience on Microsoft Azure platform F Daily operational RUN support for Cloud servers G Knowledge on Ticketing tools Service Now Preferred Knowledge on Incident, Problem and change management

Professional Attributes: 1 Good Team Management skills 2 Ability to structure and draft technical documentations 3 Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes 4 Flexibility to work in rotating shifts24x7 / weekend supports as per Client demands
