Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities : 1-Plan, Install, Configure, Upgrade, Maintain and Troubleshoot failures IWS/TWS jobs in Linux systemsTroubleshooting of system stalls, failed batch jobs, system errors, as needed to resume normal operationAddition /Modification of existing jobs Provide L2 support for IWS/TWS setup 2-Must be able to work in Linux command line and able to create/modify jobs/machines/calendars etc from command lineIdentify technical, Infrastructure, procedural issues and coordinate batch scheduling needs

Technical Experience : 1-IWS/TWS administration experience 2-Must have completed projects in creation of batch job processing in IWS/TWS 3-Must have Linux command line experience 4-Must have job/JS creation/modification experience in IWS/TWS 5-Experience in ITSM principles including change management, incident, and problem management Expert knowledge in DWC 6-Good to have knowledge on GCP

Professional Attributes : 1-Good communication skill 2-Should be ready to work on 24/7 L2 support role 3- 2 to 5 years of experience
