Customer Care Executive- 1+ years

* Us Calling and US project Experience is a must./ ECOM experience is nice to have.

*Serve as the first point of contact for Customers and Partners for general queries relating to Orders, products, procurement, shipping, and other E-comm-related verticals.

* Quickly respond to customer calls, web cases, emails, and chats.

* Deliver a high level of service and provide prompt resolution to ensure customer satisfaction

*Strive to impress customers with exceptional service and continually search for ways to improve processes and deliver additional value to the customer, thereby driving customer loyalty.

* Facilitate a positive and productive team environment.

Nice to have :

( Male candidates only ; (shift time -5.30 to 2.30 pm US Time)

• Minimum of 1-2 years of Customer Service experience

• Excellent English business communication skills (Read, Write and Speak) with a US accent.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
