About the Job:

Role and Responsibility

● Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc

● Handling day-to-day accounting

● Preparing invoices and following up on pending payments

● Handling all banking related works

● Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email

● Making payments through various modes and keeping track of them

● Understanding GST returns and filing GST returns is one of the key responsibilities

● Keeping track of deadlines and ensuring all returns are filed correctly – EPF, ESIC, TDS, GST, PT, etc.

● Running monthly Payroll of employees

● Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of  fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities

● Handling petty cash

What we are looking for:

● Bachelor’s degree in accounting or its equivalent

● 0-2 years of experience as an accountant

● Proficient in managing accounting software

● Knowledge of accounting and taxation laws and keeping abreast of the changes

● Excellent record-keeping and accounting skills with high ethics

● Microsoft Excel and Word ● Good team player What We Provide –
