Responsibilities

Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.

Ensuring the team meets the productivity & quality

Conduct daily team huddles

Lead & develop individuals in the team through coaching and feedback

Ensure timely feedback is provided to the team

Required to create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.

Conduct regular audits to improve performance.

Monitor health of the business through regular scanning of open searches.

Conduct documented one-on-one sessions on individual performance trends.

Recommend process improvements.

Conduct relevant trainings for the team members to drive team’s performance.

Support Operations Manager in day-to-day operations.

Drives OT whenever required

Job Requirement

Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification

Strong analytical skills with outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Takes ownership of problems and anticipates issues by taking proactive action

Ability to resolve complex service inquiries.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

People Management and Team Player

Basic knowledge of MS – Office

Minimum 3+ years of work experience in BPO’s (preferably in background screening industry)
