· Reporting– Send out periodic reports on the working of the department to the management. Resolving client queries on invoices monthly invoices and s asking for clarification on the services provided. These queries must be resolved with supporting documents like the site images before and after the service.
· Attending Meetings – Ensure to attend weekly, monthly, and ad hoc meetings scheduled
· Stakeholder Management – Develop and maintain valuable stakeholder relationships.
· Self-improvement– Self-improvement endeavours must be undertaken.
· Ad hoc Projects – Additional projects brought in by the company should be handled.
· Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
· Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
· Plans and organizes daily activities related to operations using CRM Tools
· Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
· Coordinates with other support departments such as Marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure successful operations. Monitoring for hiring the Part-time Team to ensure manning is 100% and within the budget.
· Determines staff/employee needs to meet operations goals.
· Assists with budget preparation for the operations team.
· Assists with, or prepares and updates, the organization’s operations manual and policies. Performs other related duties as required.
