Primary Responsibilities
Strategic and planning
Develop and implement HR & admin initiatives/strategies as per business plan.
Ensure statutory & legal compliance as per legal framework.
Core Functional
Manage the recruitment and selection process for Technicians/Contractual.
Create competency framework for contractual & technicians and execute IDP needs as in line with business requirements.
Monitor and optimise HR Admin cost in line with approved budget.
Partner with the internal stakeholders to support execution of business initiatives.
Ensure completion of required documentation as per customer and regulatory audits.
Collaborate with Corporate HR to implement policies and new initiatives.
Maintain cordial Industrial Relations within organisation.
Create and implement grievance redressal mechanisms.
Ensure all the compliances are executed as per statutory requirements.
Build & sustain cordial public relations with local govt bodies & communities.
Support execution of engagement initiatives to improve engagement level in the organisation.
Ensure all SLAs and deliverables of HR & Administration are executed as per the defined timelines.
Internal Processes
Preparation of periodic MIS such as Headcount, overtime, cost & admin overheads.
Submit legal compliance data on monthly basis.
Participate in annual budget exercise for HR & Administration function in-line with the business strategy.
Monitor admin systems and processes are followed in line with business requirements.
People development
Take overall responsibility for people development initiatives and building up in-house capabilities for the associates in the unit.
Support in capability development programs to enhance capability of associates.
Contribute towards development of talent for the department by providing subordinates with adequate exposure and growth opportunities to enable readiness for higher roles.

Educational and Experience Requirements
Post Graduate with Specialisation in HR . Having 10-12 years of relevant experience.
Certified labour welfare officer
Competencies
