1 .Driving all 8 TPM pillars for the Plant and Lean Tools Training
-Co-ordinating TPM Pillar Meetings
-Data Management by coordinating with TPM Pillar Chairmen and Champions
-Support for 5s & JH Audit certification across the plant

2. Driving Innovation and Kaizen Cultural at plant level.

3. ‘Driving & handholding for Autonomous SMTs across the Plant

4.Driving improvement projects at plant level

5.Controlling the Department yearly Budget, expecting SAP Basic knowledge.

6. To coordinate for external Competitions like CII & other agencies.

7. Co-ordinating Visual Management for the plant level.

8. Achieve Plant Business KMIs & KPIs

3 to 6 years- BE/ BTECH or 6 to 10 years -Diploma

Manufacturing

BE- Electronic/Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial,
B.TECH or DIPLOMA

• Preferably hands on experience of 1 TPM JIPM Cycle assessment.
• Training & presentation skill.
• Auditing skill for Step Certification with TPM Background.
• Basic knowledge of Electronics & Electrical for equipment competence.
• Concern resolution skill.
• Good Interpersonal skills.
• Team Management / Leadership skill.
• Computer proficiency
• Negotiation & Decision making
• Knowledge of TPM & Manufacturing Excellence /Lean
• Technical know-how of Machines, Automobile Manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of Automobile products, Vehicle System.
• Knowledge of Assembly, Fabrication, Paint & Machining manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Quality tools and systems (MYB/QC story)
• Knowledge of Best practices in Industry.
• Knowledge of Radar mapping for skill development

1. Experience in Quality Management Processes
2. Hands on experience of different QC Tools
3. TPM 8 pillar knowledge & its linkage
4. Project management & costing awareness
5. Knowledge on manufacturing,TPM, TMW & Lean
