You will be responsible for building a team of advisors

These advisors will be responsible for selling life insurance in their networks

Advisors are people from your network that can sell life insurance, they are required to
clear the IRDAI exam

You will act as mentors for these advisors and manage their day-to-day operations

You will be responsible for consistent sales output by utilizing your management &
monitoring capabilities
Graduates and above (Candidates with 12th plus a valid 3-year diploma will also be
considered)

Experience: Must have at least 2 years of field sales experience (any field sales
experience)

Relevant Industries: Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles,
Real Estate etc
