Works with Logistics Manager on Internationals and Domestic Logistics and ensure that shipments are delivered on time as per TAT.

Develop effective partnership with employees, associates, managers and various stakeholders to drive business goals.

To ensure all required records must be updated and available for any time audit from the Legal Authorities. Build and maintain relationships with appropriate regulatory agencies as necessary to advance compliance with international shipping standards.

Preparing RFQ’s for both Inland, Import and Export Transportations, evaluate the RFQ’s. Maintain International Air and Sea shipments, Dangerous Goods Regulations, Procedure for Importing & Exporting Restricted Goods, Re-Export, ATA CARNET Shipments etc.

Gather, manage, audit, and maintain files of all necessary import documentation and information for Indian Customs clearance that includes, Commercial invoices, packing lists, AWBs / Bill of Lading and E-way bills. Manage Track the location of shipment of goods for both Domestic and International.

Candidate MUST have experience in processing international and domestic shipment paperwork, must have experience in SEZ, EOU transactions. He should be able to suggest correct HSN/HTS codes, Co-ordinate with regulatory agencies to get required License/certificates for Missile & UAV parts Import / Export. He should be able to confirm correct % of BCD, GST and SWC based on HSN/HTS Ensure current HTS / HSN classifications, and country of origin information.

Qualifications

Qualifications : Graduate in any stream / Specialization in Logistics

Experience : Min 10 years of experience in Domestic Logistics.
