Adani Group Hiring for DGM at Mundra, Gujarat Full Time

• Rendering advisory services to the Management in fulfilment of its obligation and objectives of OHS
• Ensure complainces of Statutory requirements w.r.t. OHS
• Reporting risks to business / Site heads and ensure mitigation of risks relevant to the business for understanding their accountability for risks
• Directing the implementation of an overall HSE / Risk Management process, H&S, Life Saving Safety Risk, Cardinal Norms, Group standaards , procedures , Guidelines and OHS Management system ISO 45001 for achieving a “Zero Harm”.
• Establishing a complete & effective occupational health & safety management system in compliance with HSE standards and best practices.
• Ensuring TNI at all level inclding contract manpower and ensure that they recieve trainings appropriately.
• Planning and driving OHS strategy, objective plan setting up and ensuring execution of STRAP through line functions.
• Design & Develop System to assure effective safety implmentation in each project activities
• Plan and Ensure availability of PPE’s as per approved standaadrs / specifications and compliance

Plan and Ensure Readiness To Operate (RTO) & Pre Start-up Safety Review (PSSR) systems at project sites as applicable

• Ensure Reporting & investigation of all Incidences using RCA and ensure complainces of CAPA
• Plan and Organise motivational / promotional / participative activites to maintain the intrest of employees including contractor workmen

Ensure and provide support to all for effective implmentation of safety givernance system/structures

• Ensure Compliance of Contractor Safety Management systems and contractor safety plan at sites

Maintaining & adhering to the highest level of preparedness in emergency responses

• Plan and Ensure Pre / Post and periodical safety inspection & Checks for various tools / equipments/tackles / machineries etc are carried out and records are maintained
• Organise to Carry out and Review Risk Assesment of Various activities /Job safety analysis / Method Statement etc.
• Ensure implmentation and Adherence of PTW/LOTOTO. Safety Governance, HIgh Risk activities standards and procedures , Guidlines
• Ensure IT enabled systems are effectively planned , used , monitored e.g. Safety Management Dashboards /MIS , KRONOS – Safety Modules , Gensuit , SAP – PTW/LOTOTO etc.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: B.E. Electrical/Mechanical. + ADIS/PDIS from recognised institute

Experiences:

• 18+ years of professional experience (Exposure in Green Field and brown field expansion will be preffered)
• 15+ years of experience in OHS in a large organization (Prefered energy sector ) O & M, Large Projects
