• Responsible for efficient, quality and reliable maintenance of BTG electrical equipment’s (DC sources, LT switchgears, LT motors, Transformers)
• Responsible for cost reduction & cost control in maintenance activities
• Identification of spares and maintaining inventory
  
• Responsible for cost reduction & cost control in maintenance activities.
• Effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring, implementation of different Preventive, predictive, routine and shutdown maintenance work activities of BTG area electrical maintenance
• Technical/engineering expertise & guidance in identifying, fault analysis and resolution of problems of electrical maintenance.
• Monitor contractors and direct them to perform work. Ensuring job safety during the job execution.
• Perform PM,RM,CBM, break down maintenance
• Continuous equipment monitoring & RCA, trending of various electrical tests in BTG area.
• Commission of new electrical installation system
• Knowledge of all electrical equipment, maintenance of generator, transformers, relays, relay setting, trouble shootings DG set.
• Ensuring zero accident, sustaining high level of generation by minimizing unit outages, Trouble Shooting, Spare planning
• Preparation & review of scope of works for contracts & technical details of spares and equipment.

Degree in electrical engineering
