Responsible for efficient, quality and reliable maintenance of BTG electrical equipment’s (DC sources, LT switchgears, LT motors, Transformers)
Responsible for cost reduction & cost control in maintenance activities
Identification of spares and maintaining inventory
Responsible for cost reduction & cost control in maintenance activities.
Effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring, implementation of different Preventive, predictive, routine and shutdown maintenance work activities of BTG area electrical maintenance
Technical/engineering expertise & guidance in identifying, fault analysis and resolution of problems of electrical maintenance.
Monitor contractors and direct them to perform work. Ensuring job safety during the job execution.
Perform PM,RM,CBM, break down maintenance
Continuous equipment monitoring & RCA, trending of various electrical tests in BTG area.
Commission of new electrical installation system
Knowledge of all electrical equipment, maintenance of generator, transformers, relays, relay setting, trouble shootings DG set.
Ensuring zero accident, sustaining high level of generation by minimizing unit outages, Trouble Shooting, Spare planning
Preparation & review of scope of works for contracts & technical details of spares and equipment.
