Job Purpose
To ensure proper checks & controls and provide hygiene reports as per requirement. Also, support operations team during excess document flow & coordination with Bus, TDS / TDS payments & Returns.

Review open P.O/Advance/GRIR

Support BUs in claiming subsidies

Coordinate with BU for closure of open items

Do TDS deposit & return submission on time

Support audit activities

Do vendor reconciliation as per BU requirement

Circulate no due certificate to the vendors

Prepare & share dashboards to the B2P Manager/CoE lead
9
TDS / Expense provisioning at the time of annual closing.

Preparation of different MIS as per requirement
Qualifications
Experience & Educational Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- B.Com/M.Com
Relevant Experience:
- Overall 3 – 6 years’ experience in Accounts payable
- SAP knowledge is must
- Experience in Shared Services/similar set-up preferable
