Adani Ports and SEZ Hiring for Supervisior – AOCC at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India Full Time

• Supervise and coordinate airport operations within the AOCC to ensure compliance with safety regulations and efficient use of resources
• Monitor and communicate with various airport departments to facilitate smooth operations, including airside, landside, and terminal areas
• Oversee the allocation of airport resources such as gates, check-in counters, and baggage handling systems to optimize passenger flow
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agencies, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and minimize disruptions
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, including flight statistics, resource utilization, and incident logs
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures and emergency response plans to ensure the safety and security of airport operations
• Provide leadership and support to AOCC staff, including training, performance management, and fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
• Stay updated with industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to enhance AOCC operations.

Qualifications

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or a related field

Certification Required

• Airport Operations Professional (AOP) certification is preferred
