• Talent Acquisition*

• Identify, Validate and Recruit Manpower in line with our business requirements
• Build a strong pipeline of resources to cater to our resourcing needs
• Build strong relationship with vendors to supplement our manpower requirements

HR Activities

• Device policies & procedures to make ADET best in line with latest HR practices
• Identify the training needs and conduct training programs to up skill the resources
• Conduct Yearly Performance appraisal systems with scientific approach.

Statutory Compliances

• Compliance to Provident Fund, EDLI requirements
• File regular returns including Form-2, Monthly returns and Annual returns as per the requirements of Provident Fund act
• Liaison with Provident fund authorities during inspections if any.,
• Compliance to Employee State Insurance requirements
• File regular returns including Monthly returns and Annual returns as per the requirements of ESI act
• Liaison with ESI authorities during inspections if any.,

Contract labour Management

• File registration for contract labour with respective authorities and maintain relevant records as per compliance requirements
• Oversee compliance to PF, ESI and other statutory requirements of contract labours
• Liaison with Inspectorate of Factories, Pollution Control board and other government agencies for statutory approvals and ensure compliance to law of land.

Employee Relations

• Ensure harmonious work environment in the factory premises
• Ensure the factory to be compliant with 100% safety standards and ensure usage of personal protection kits by all employees
• Ensure smooth and clean functioning of canteen premises
• Ensure all company welfare benefits are delivered to employees as per the company policy
• Ensure cleanliness of office/factory premises through management of facilities personnel
• Ensure smooth transfer of employees to and fro for official duty through effective management of transport facilities
• Performance evaluation, rewards and remuneration
• Identifying training needs and capabilities and fulfilling them.

Administration

• Ensure the smooth functioning of Administration activities like tangible infrastructure and furnishing requirements, canteen/food facilities, communication, vehicle/transportation requirements for both factory and other company employees

Job Requirements

• 8+ Years of experience with MBA(HR) / MSW from a recognised Institute (or) University
• Should have played Generalist role in HR for minimum of 5 years with all gamut of HR
• Experience in handling recruitment, Training, Employee welfare, Industrial relations etc. is mandatory
• Preference will be given to person already working in Factory environment
