We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an ESG Tech + Comms Specialist in our ESG & CSR Advisory practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, consulting, and communication, with specific expertise in ESG and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

ESG Due Diligence and Audits:

• Develop and execute CSR and ESG strategies.
• Provide CXO counsel, peer benchmarking, and ESG Impact reports.
• Conduct GHG accounting and implement energy efficiency measures.
• Drive stakeholder sentiment analysis.

Internal ESG Initiatives:

• Strategize a roadmap to Net Zero for Adfactors PR.
• Identify key ESG KPIs and assess the current carbon footprint.
• Find and implement sustainable solutions to reduce emissions.
• Reduce costs and increase topline through effective ESG policies.
• Write research reports and whitepapers.

ESG Communication for Development:

• Formulate research-based communication strategies.
• Amplify clients’ ESG initiatives and manage reputation risks.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work with businesses, government, NGOs, and foundations.
• Align national developmental goals with business objectives.

Client Management:

• Lead client engagements and manage accounts.
• Conduct ESG communication workshops and meetings.
• Monitor engagement processes and budgets.

Business Development:

• Support leadership in building ESG consulting practice.
• Develop proposals, sales pitches, tools, and best practices.
• Identify new client opportunities and develop ADFPR’s ESG value proposition.
• Conduct primary and secondary research for thought leadership.
