Job Summary

Requirements

• Should have minimum 12 years and above experience held as a senior accountant in a contracting/engineering/manufacturing Company.
• Having Thorough knowledge of Accounting Procedures.
• To posses an In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Having Familiarity with financial accounting statements like P&F and Balance sheet.
• Good Experience with general ledger functions.
• Should be well versed with Tally ERP-9 software.
• Should have Profound Experience with Financial Year End filings.
• Should be able to co-ordinate with the CA for filing or returns.
• Should be able to represent the Company at All Govt. Departments related to Accounts.
• Having Advanced MS Excel skills and pivot tables.
• Should be well versed with Monthly TDS filing.

• Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is required to be shortlisted for this post.

**Responsibilities and Duties

• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
• Provide technical support and advice on Management accountant
• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
• Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
• Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecast process
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns
• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
• Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
• Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
• Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
• Secures financial information by completing database backups.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles
• Cash Account Maintenance

• Bank-related works
• Daily wise Tally Entries
• Accounts Reconciliation
• Payment of TDS, GST, etc.
• Office-related payment works
• Filing of all Statutory and other accounts related payments

Qualifications and Skills
M.com/B.com/MBA Finance /CA with knowledge in Tally is Mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
