Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity within Experian IT Services to join an Enterprise Architecture DevOps CoE. You will be working with technologies such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, AWS, Jenkins, Artifactory and Ansible to deliver new features in order to enable the Business Units to deliver faster.

You will play a critical role in designing, developing and implementing best practices and automation for the DevSecOps team. You will be part of a growing, high performing team that will be challenged to meet the demands of a growing global business.

Responsibilities

Problem solving, process mapping and research. Initial research will be done at the start of any new project to fully understand the requirement and any potential solutions.Develop automated requests that flow through a complete end-to-end process.Investigate and remediate any failures with our automated tasks or processes.Maintain and improve day to day processes and platformsAdhere to best practices and complete meticulous documentation.Actively participate in our Agile methodology and SCRUM ceremonies.Collaborate with all areas of the business as required and represent the DevSecOps team.Ensure the availability/reliability of the Atlassian environments
Desirables

Atlassian Certified System Administrator/JIRA AdminShould be familiar with migration of data from one project to another.Experience with JIRA and Confluence including tool administration and customization.JIRA Development experience (Groovy / Script runner)Should be familiar with Agile / SAFe framework and SCRUM methodologiesExperience working with Enterprise Linux distributions such as SLES and RHELBe able to train and guide folks on the customer sideHigh paced environment.Familiar with Java/Ansible scripting.Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers

Qualifications

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Advanced English skillsMust be familiar and have worked as an admin of the Atlassian tool suite: Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence.Experience in working and troubleshooting cloud environments in AWS and DevOpsGood understanding of distributed version control systems like GITKnowledge in CI/CD processes and practices.Strong Linux System Administration experience within a complex multitier environment.Familiar with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
