The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry and experience in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.)
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and skills
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of financial services industry and job market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
