- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of pumps, compressors, gearboxes, piping (metallic & non-metallic), vessels, and heat exchangers to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance.
- Possess strong understanding of the Chlor-Alkali process and associated mechanical systems, ensuring safe and efficient plant operation.
- Select suitable materials and components for corrosive environments, adhering to engineering standards and plant specifications.
- Interpret and apply piping classes, specifications, and mechanical drawings during maintenance and modification activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor mechanical maintenance schedules aligned with production requirements and safety standards.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for mechanical failures and recommend long-term corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain and operate equipment handling Chlorine, Caustic Soda, Sodium Hypochlorite, and Sulphuric Acid (H₂SO₄) in compliance with process and safety guidelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Permit to Work (PTW) system, maintaining high safety and operational discipline during all maintenance activities.
