- Maintain adequate stock availability in front end

- Seek opportunities for product portfolio expansion in existing departmental stores
DS Profitability
- Sell more merchandise in front end stores during non-discounted period
- Promote sales during non-discounted period
- Handle engagement and marketing/promotional activities for the same
Working Capital Management
- Ensure optimum level of stock in warehouse
Market Share
- Ensure more sales than competitors in chains
Training
- Plan trainings for new joiners and staff
- Handle DS-next for staff capability building
