- Achieve on time delivery by coordination with internal and external customers effectively, right from Purchase order receipt to documents reaching customer.
- Follow the systems to meet customer’s product specific requirements, coordinate with plant team for material availability, and order execution (Making dispatch plan).
- Proactive communication & timely intimation to customer.
- Receive and attend customer complaints as first point of contact along with sales team
- Send sample requests to Research & Development /Quality assurance with details.
- Close follow-ups with the QA team and logistic teams for preparation and dispatch of samples on time.
- Closely follow up with the courier company to get the tracking details and provide to customer and tracking and send the delivery confirmation.
- Prepare & process of credit & debit note requests with relevant documents.
- Ensure to close the issue in coordination of sales and marketing and accounts.
- Order receipts & entries in the SAP system along with the special requirements of customer PO. Carrying out amendments when needed.
- Order confirmation, sending tentative schedules & actual schedules to customers & respective Sales Manager.
- Notifying any delays/changes, logging in any customer complaints/feedbacks received.
