Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring smooth and continuous operation of the Cement plant by maintaining harmonious industrial relations in the plant , Developing and implementing IR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
Managing different stakeholders with different agenda and approach. Aligning them towards a common approach and objective.
Cost – Collective Bargaining- Conducting regular meetings/discussions with various departments, union and employees on regular basis.
Resolving employee grievances.Implementation of the Long-Term Settlement.To keep watch over labour and IR activities.Provide proper feedback on labour activities to the management.Solution on day-t0-day labour problems, critical IR issues, and counselling with employees to maintain harmonious and industrial relations.Building & maintaining a good rapport with the local Government authorities.Liasioning with labour authorities.Conducting structured employee engagement activities for CW/ Regular employees.
Managing interference from local political leaders, the union, influential contractors in the day to day operations of the plant.
Implementing SOP’s in all aspects under jurisdiction
Managing the grievance at the Plant
Ensure submission of all statutory returns within the timelines.
Compliance of all labor laws pertaining to State & Central Govts applicable to the Plant.
Coordinate with all the key parties and close the litigations with the help of legal team.

Essential Qualification: MBA (HRM) / MSW / PG Diploma in HRM

Qualifications:
MBA

Minimum Experience Level:
5-12 Years
