• Strictly monitor and scrutinize the accounting activities of the Unit.
• Review of accounts related to Bank, Inter- Unit and major parties.
• Authenticate vouchers, statements and sign cheques.
• Review books of accounts with MIS and financial report.
• Review quarterly, half- yearly and yearly balance sheets and P&L.
• Review other monthly MIS reports.
• Coordination and finalization of accounts and audits Fund Management & Risk Management. Plan, organize & control funds management at Unit level for optimum utilization and also ensure proper coverage of insurance of the Unit.
• Review fund requirements.
• Receive fund as per plan from HO.
• Maintain related records.
• Coordinate insurance.

Taxation and legal compliance

• Identify and timely implement Taxation, Legal, Excise and Audit requirements of the Unit to ensure statutory compliance payments:
• Coordinate timely payments to employees, vendors, contractors & statutory requirements to achieve customer satisfaction
• Plan unit requirements and implications.
• Interact with Advocates.
• Fulfill audit requirements.
• Interact with Auditors.
• Reply to queries of auditors

MIS/ Cost Management

• Coordinate implement & monitor systems and procedure for effective management of cost and generation of MIS report as per Management requirement.
• Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports & other reports.
• Provide information to other departments as per requirement.
• Collection of targets from various departments.
• Formulate Budget.
• Review actual expenditure with budget.
• Review working capital with respect to target.
• Review of insurance policy.
• Analyze value drivers, cost of poor quality to identify key cost & EVA.
• Coordinate & interact with other department on cost over runs.
• Ensure effective utilization of funds.
• Identify new areas of cost reduction.
