Job Description:
JOB PROFILE – (Please select the most essential points & supporting actions of the role).
To plan and conduct the Community Initiatives & Rural Development Programs (CSR) through The Aditya Birla Centre for Community Initiatives & Rural Development in association with Local Community for the holistic development of the Surrounding Community. To ensure procurement, planning, up keeping of furniture, spares- Office Maintenance. Proper lesioning with internal and external agencies.. Maintain greenery, gardening, hygiene, housekeeping etc. Proper upkeep of Guest-house and canteen facility. And support Unit HR in charge in smooth functioning of HR and ER activities.
KRA 1: Security of Plant: With support of HR In Charge and Security Staff he has to handling outsiders. Oversee vehicle checks at security Gate. Vigilance at all entry/exit points. Ensure no encroachment by outsiders. Handling of unlawful activities.
KRA 2: CSR Activities: Community Development programmes, organising the awareness programmes, medical Camps, scholarship programmes, Talent show programmes, for the benefit of surrounding villages.
KRA 3: Administration: To develop good rapport & relationship with the local Community & Govt. agencies. Regular interaction with villagers & Govt. agencies. To provide the networking support to the Villagers.
KRA 4: HR & ER: To support Unit HR in charge in smooth function of HR and ER activities, MIS preparation, Kronos, attendance, engagement activities, statutory compliance ect.
KRA 5: Horticulture, Canteen, Transportation: Horticulture & Greenery Development at Plant, Up keeping of plant canteen, guest house and railway room. Keeping good housekeeping. Coordinating with transportation vendor.
KRA 6: Maintain of Assets and Civil works: Furniture Maintenance of plant furniture’s & Civil related repair works. Attending complaints, Shortfall, furniture issues and repair works.
