Job Description
- Analysis & control the Quality of in raw materials i.e., Limestone Additives, fuels, raw meal & finished product clinker & cement to ensure the consistency of product. Chemical and physical testing of Cement, Calibration, and operation of XRF, Bomb calorimeter, Cross belt analyzer.
- Ensure proper sampling, testing, and reporting of test results. Ensure product quality as per quality norms to ensure zero complaint. Liasioning with BIS and other regulatory bodies for statutory requirement.
- Implement QMS, WCM related activities through involvement of team members of the section to improve productivity & Quality. Documentation related to ISO, BIS, WCM and safety.
- RMH equipment safety, RMH MIS preparation.
Essential Qualification : BSc in Chemistry.
