Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiencyMaintain files and records with effective filing systemsSchedule agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper managementManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting systemWelcome visitors and internal employees with a cheerful dispositionDeal with customer complaints or issuesMaintain office equipment (aka ensure copiers are operational and fully stocked with toner, paper, etc.)Monitor office supplies inventory and place ordersSupport meeting and conferencing needsMaintain a clean and organized office environmentAssist in vendor relationship managementNeed to have Accounts knowledgeJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Willingness to travel:50% (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 9953593264Application Deadline: 15/03/2022Expected Start Date: 15/03/2022
