The Opportunity
- Accounts Payable Representative
What you’ll Do
- Processing of vendor invoices (PO/Non-PO) in SAP and Ariba within defined SLA for global regions.
- Delivering high level of accuracy and quality in AP operations.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with processes, procedures, Risk Control Matrices and Management reporting.
- Working on various AP related reports on regular and ad-hoc basis
- Responding to e-mail queries within agreed SLA.
- Running system queries and reports as advised
- Working on Tax reconciliations, Month end closing related activities.
- Scanning and tracking of invoices received.
- Experience of handling Statutory audit and Internal audit of AP process.
What you need to succeed
- 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable function, preferably at a shared service Center.
- Strong written and verbal communication. Able to communicate optimally and authoritatively.
- Good experience of accounts payable in SAP. Ariba knowledge will be preferred.
- Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
- Experience in analysing data using excel or other data analysis tools
