ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Conducted Campus Placements in Management and Graduation colleges
• Managing team effectively • Meet set targets as per recruitment plan
• Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts
• Develop recruitment strategy. This may include sourcing channel development, recruitment campaign planning etc.
• Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
• Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

• Presentation skills
• Problem solving skills
• Comfortable with niche hiring & critical search assignments
• Self-starters with s track record of achieving targets and a serious interest in a recruitment career.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment domain
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in coordination activities like scheduling interviews, follow-ups, offer rollout.
