The responsibilities of the Sr. PMO Analyst include managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project management staff, and collaborating with other department leaders to develop projects and programs.
Must have skills:
“End to end understanding of IT life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financial)
Experience in end-to-end financial management – plan, forecast, actual – function, portfolio, and program/project levels.
Very good understanding of service delivery related key performance indicators
Project delivery experience in a similar IT environment
Experience in process set up and implementation
Well versed with c level reporting by defining metrics and reporting”
Good to have skills:
Experience in JIRA, Service Now ITBM, SharePoint, and Confluence
Understanding & application of PMO practices, Agile frameworks Scrum/ Kanban/ SAFe”
Min Qualification Graduation, PMI / Scrum Certification
Experience: 10 – 12 years of PMO Experience
