Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
Provide product information to customers
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Escalate issues to the appropriate department if needed
Update customer information in the database
Identify and escalate priority issues
Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a remote position
Experience working with customer support software
