Job Description: –
- Take ownership of customer issues
- Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
- Maintain customer database
Qualification: -High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
Salary- 12k – 25k (depends on experience and academic qualification)
– Freshers will be preferred.
Shift based on site job- Morning, Evening and Night Shift
Proficiency in English – written or oral communication
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kalighat, Kolkata – 700029, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
