ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLEThe Executive Assistant performs secretarial and administrative duties in support of Department Executive. Responsible for managing phones, mail, scheduling, filing and general office management.Essential FunctionsThe essential functions listed below are general examples and not a description of comprehensive duties. Specific duties and responsibilities may vary depending on department or program needs without changing nature or scope of this position or level of responsibility. May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.Screens and directs incoming calls or visitors to the appropriate individual or departmentAnswers questions/inquiries as needed. Researches and follows up on inquiries that require more in-depth information.Assists the Department Executive with scheduling appointments and maintains updates/changes calendar as neededPerforms varies clerical tasks utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures. Types letters, correspondences, reports and presentations as neededPosts department schedules for non-exempt employeesCommunicates both among the organization and to the community to successfully complete administrative needs as requestedOpens routes and/or answers routine correspondences. Processes billing invoices and maintains accurate records as necessary.Maintains office, provides day-to-day administration through phone, written and face-to-face contract with all those needed assistance from Department Executive’s officeMaintains an efficient and organized filing system, including contracts lists, and any other pertinent information to the department director.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 8299826374
