Reporting to: Director Strategy and Solution Design

Preferred Qualifications and Skill Sets

Mandatory

Minimum 3 years work experience in a senior operations analyst/senior solution design engineer role within the logistics/SCM function of end user company or service provider side

Bachelor degree(BE/ BSc) in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Computer Science and full time/ part-time post graduate degree/diploma in logistics/operations from a reputable institute

Advanced Excel Proficiency

Good written communication skills with focus on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Prepared Supply Chain Solutions for manufacturing industry, engineering and electrical industry, automobile industry

Worked on operations quality/improvement projects

Worked on Supply Chain Analytical tools such as Log Hub, Class, Siemens Logistics Tools, Alteryx, Cliq Analytics or other advanced tools

Operating Knowledge of CAD

Experience of having operated WMS/TMS and ePROC software

Good grasp of digital technologies and trends related to logistics and supply chain management

Key Responsibility Areas

Responsible for Preparation of data collection templates relevant to the client’s logistics operations and need assessment exercise

Visit the client site for business process mapping and FGDs

Prepare Site Visit Reports and highlight findings with respect to the project at hand

Drive the data souring process from own/ client servers within stipulated timelines

Apply relevant concepts and best practices for Solution Design related to digitisation of logistics processes

Ability to carry out Inventory Analysis and application of models of inventory classification

Devise solutions for Efficiency Improvement of logistics manpower

Apply relevant analytical and statistical models for logistics problem solving

Compilation of data and use of analytical skills to generate comprehensive reports which can be delivered to the customer
