As part of the IT leadership team and reporting directly to the CIO’s, the incumbent will be tasked with clarifying, articulating, and driving the business value of all IT initiatives. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organization and is critical to help build an effective working relationship between IT managers and business stakeholders.

This role is critical to help build an effective working relationship between IT managers and business stakeholders. This role drives the value experience in managing the relationships, smart collaboration, trusted advisory and partnership with IT LT, Senior business Leadership and the business stakeholders across the organization to create/deliver value outcomes.

Your Impact

• Build, staff and manage a world class Program Management Office (including matrix management of PM and Scrum Master resources across IT) to further and continuously develop IT’s project management competencies including:

• Portfolio Management – enabling AGCO leaders to make prioritized IT investment decisions – driving improvements in data-based decision making, moving towards consistently defined business cases and customer value propositions.

• Portfolio Governance – provide continuous oversight to ensure visibility and transparency via dashboards and scorecards, designing effective KPIs & metrics, implementing and managing stage gates and monitoring compliance.

• Benefits realization tracking and reporting delivering robust IT portfolio analysis and optimization.

• Capacity Planning and Management – driving improvements in the ability to proactively manage the IT workforce to deliver projects while sustaining operations based on improved:

• Program / Project Management and Agile Governance and Effectiveness

• Drive Financial Management Process (and tool) improvements and implementations to support Cost Control and Value Recognition

• Build and improve the Technology Vendor Management competency for AGCO IT

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Track record of successful large IT Program Delivery

• Preferably both Agile (Scrum Master) and Waterfall (Project Management) experience

• Experience with large enterprise technology platforms and applications – such as (and preferably several of): SAP, PTC, Salesforce.

• Experience with large enterprise infrastructure platforms – such as (preferably several of): MS 365, Amazon Web Services, ServiceNow, Palo Alto, Solar Winds

• 9-14 years of business experience
