? Should have a minimum of 1 – 2 yrs of experience in the relevant field.? Should have Computer skills like Managing emails, Chats, creating databases in Excel and generating reports etc.
? Should have good coordination skills to interact with Internal & External team to resolve the Query/Tickets.
?~ Forwarding the call/query to the concerned, only if needed and follow up till the query gets resolved.
?~ Updating the client on the status/closure of the query, and getting their feedback on the quality of support.
?~ Converting the satisfaction/interest of the client to business by requesting them to refer any of their friends and relatives for our courses.
