Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

• 2 to 10 years’ experience in the Call center voice process training into US market.
• Conduct new hire trainings & short bursts of refresher training for the employees.
• Conduct evaluation of prospective candidates for the US voice process executive role.
• Train the employees on Grammar, phonetics, accent.
• A good understanding and knowledge of the right accents.
• Knowledge about voice articulation and rate of speech (speed of talking) and should be able to resolve minor MTI issues if any.
• Effective training skills. The ability to teach and train other individuals.
• Self-confidence coupled with the ability to infuse confidence in others
• Involve in auditing calls of the agents of the account aligned, using the pre-defined grading sheet along with the QA specialist to improve the quality of delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good understanding on any global language scales i.e. CEFR, IELTS, etc.

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
