Customer Service Representative (International BPO)

Candidate must be local to (Vashi,Kalyan,Borivali,Thane,Bandra,Mira Road,Sion, Seawood and GTB Nagar)

Job Responsibilities :

Customer Care Specialist (International BPO) will manage inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails.

Customer Care Specialist must have excellent communication skills along with active listening.

Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers.

Customer focused approach.

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.

QUALIFICATION: HSC or GRADUATE

Job Types : Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹12k – ₹25k per month
